Making Afterschool an Election Issue
One way to think about your outreach is to look at three key audiences: The more that afterschool is raised at events and debates, in news articles and through direct contact with campaigns, the more likely candidates are to take a stand on it. Organize a list of supportive journalists and media outlets you can reach out to about endorsements, events or candidate forums and articles about afterschool.
