The Afterschool Alliance is proud to partner with Quaker® Oats around Quaker Chewy Afterschool Rocks, a campaign to bring attention to the need for safe, secure and motivating afterschool programs for all kids.

As part of the Quaker Chewy Afterschool Rocks campaign, the Afterschool Alliance and Quaker Chewy teamed up to create the“Get Active: Be Healthy Afterschool Toolkit” especially for afterschool programs.  The Toolkit provides creative, easy-to-implement ways to integrate health and wellness into your afterschool program, including lesson plans, ideas for field trips and guest speakers, links to funding resources and more.

We are thrilled to announce that recording artist Jordin Sparks is the spokesperson for Quaker Chewy Afterschool Rocks.

And what better way to celebrate the announcement than with music?

Quaker Chewy Afterschool Rocks has put together a music library of more than 250 songs, featuring 70+ artists, including: Jordin Sparks, Jason Derulo and Gloriana.
